Britain's Next Top Model
Based on the hit US reality show America's Next Top Model this UK version presented by Lisa Snowdon follows the latest group of hopefuls through their journey to becoming Britain's newest 'Top Model'.

Aptitude and Natural Talent
All 14 girls are interviewed by the press where they are asked why they want to win. The models pair up and pick each partners best and worst features. The girls receive news about their first photoshoot and later find out it's a topless shoot in pairs.

Poise and Composure
The girls get a crash course in dance with top choreographer Supple and a runway lesson from top fashionista Jeanette. The winners get to take part in a fashion show featuring the work of top designer Scottee - whose dresses are all made out of paper.

Style and Presentation
The girls find out they're getting makeovers in a Lisa Mail. This weeks challenge is a bucking bronco advertisement for the cheesy "Britain's Next Top Model Hairspray". In this weeks photoshoot they have the added element of working with a small dog.

Character and Personality
The girls took part in a challenge for Jai Kudo glasses. At the photoshoot the models are greeted by Gerry Deveaux and Giorgio Guidotti, of Italian fashion house, Primarni for a shoot for the latest collection by SportMax one of Max Mara's labels.

Exhibition and Spectacle
The girls meet with TV star, June Sarpong to learn interview skills and are judged by undercover magazine journalists. The claws are out as the girls critique each other during the challenge. Tension in the house builds.

Drama and Performance
This week the girls learn some new choreography with Supple and in the photoshoot the girls are told they are to pose for an album cover. Lisa Snowdon treats everyone to cocktails with The Bar Wizards -finalists on last years Britain's Got Talent.

Intelligence and Originality
The models face an acting challenge which includes a steamy kissing scene with guest actor Guy Burnet. The photoshoot this week is a couture shot where each girl had to portray a different emotion.

Imagination and Creativity
The girls pose as different types of mannequines for their photoshoot.

Stamina and Endurance
The girls are put through a series of circus acts and asked to model on plinths in London's streets. The girls also pose for beauty shots in Zandra Rhodes dresses in the style of sporting events.

Beauty and Cover Girl
The girls start the week by attending a casting session with Sadie Frost and Jemima French. They meet up with Caroline Barnes and Sophie Beresiner for a beauty editorial and the photoshoot is for the cover of Company Magazine.

Semi-Finals
In the penulimate episode of Cycle 4, the girls arive in South Africa and they participate in an African themed photoshoot. In the end one girl is sent home to the UK.

Finals
In the finale the girls do one last photoshoot with animals in the South African bush. Then, after one girl is eliminated, the girls participate in an African runway show and 'Britain's Next Top Model' is crowned.
