16 Chefs Compete
In the season premiere, 16 chefs vie for position of head chef at the luxurious L.A. Market. The contestants meet the new maître d' and prepare signature dishes for Chef Ramsay.
14 Chefs Compete
Chef Ramsay brings in world-renowned chef Masaharu Morimoto for a demonstration, then challenges the aspiring chefs to recreate his dish to exacting standards.
13 Chefs Compete
The thirteen contestants must prepare breakfast for fifty hungry EMTs. The winning team enjoy a poolside lunch and a trip to trapeze school while the losers are on cleaning duty.
12 Chefs Compete
Chef Ramsay challenges the aspiring chefs to create their own ravioli dishes using ingredients of their choice, then asks both teams to rank their dishes from one to six.
11 Chefs Compete
Hell's Kitchen hosts the Beverly Hills High School prom with a theme of "Old Hollywood." The teams must prepare a menu of one appetizer and two entrees.
10 Chefs Compete
To shake things up, Chef Ramsay swaps out members from both teams. For the episode's challenge, each chef must create a unique salad. The team with the most-favored salad wins.
9 Chefs Compete (Part One)
The contestants must name the ingredients that are labelled on a spinning roulette wheel. Chef Ramsay then asks them to prepare dishes using the ingredients that they named.
9 Chefs Compete (Part Two)
The teams must shop on a budget and prepare elegant dishes for four judges. The winners go sailing and dancing while the losers fumigate Hell's Kitchen.
8 Chefs Compete
Chef Ramsay tests the contestants' palates by having them taste fast food items disguised as five-star hotel cuisine. He then challenges them to a blind taste test.
7 Chefs Compete
To test their teamwork skills, Chef Ramsay challenges the contestants to cook three appetizers in thirty minutes with only minimal communication in between every dish.
6 Chefs Compete
Each chef has thirty minutes to create five servings of an amuse-bouche to be judged by five notable Los Angeles chefs.
5 Chefs Compete
The remaining contestants must serve their signature dish out of a food truck to a group of businesspeople.
4 Chefs Compete (Part One)
Using only their eyesight, their noses and their taste buds, the four remaining chefs must re-create a dish without a recipe.
4 Chefs Compete (Part Two)
The chefs must create fusion dishes by mixing cuisines from two different countries. The winner has a dinner date with Chef Ramsay and their family while the losers participate in "moving day".
2 Chefs Compete
The remaining contestants prepare five-course meals that are judged by five L.A. top chefs and food service executives. Who will be offered the head chef position at Los Angeles' L.A. Market?
