By Lake Vänern you find Läckö and Kinnekulle, an area rich in history, culture and traditions. Tareq cooks exciting dishes on vendice roe, fish and local cheeses - all served on porcelain from the world-famous Rörstrand.

Sjuhärad is nature and culture in perfect symbiosis. Tareq takes the bike to meet some of the food entrepreneurs in the area who have started exciting new businesses. Here you live close to nature, forest and lakes.
Greater Copenhagen
Copenhagen and Skåne are a hot food destinations. Tareq visits Østergro, Denmark's first "rooftop farm" in the middle of Copenhagen, Eden in the new district Hyllie, Malmö and Häckeberga Castle where there will be wild boar for dinner.
Höganäs
The wild coast at Kullaberg in Skåne has a lot of culture and gastronomy to offer. Fantastic ceramics, vineyards and world-class ice cream. Tareq visits VikenTomater and cooks vegetarian ragù
Karlstad
Tareq visits sunny Karlstad! Here, food is prepared by Vänern's shores and in Värmland's deep forests. Butter-fried Zander, crepes and cooking over an open fire are on the menu.
