Reno Raines, a tough, young street cop, is framed for a murder he didn't commit. Fleeing from the only system of justice he knows, Raines takes to the streets as a modern-day bounty hunter.
When Reno arrests a bounty with a bad luck streak, the bad luck transfers to Reno when the two get locked up. While they're in prison, the guards stage death fights between inmates.
