Fear Factor
Imagine a world where your greatest fears become reality. In every pulse-racing episode of "Fear Factor," contestants from all over the country face off in extreme stunts. These stunts challenge the contestants physically and mentally.
Bus Surfing/Desert Hat/Swinging Square
Players stand on top of a moving Bus. Contestants spend three minutes with their head in the plexiglass box and creatures are dropped in. Contestant must walk the perimeter of a square made up of four twenty-foot sections of box truss.
Wing Walking/Safety Criteria/Bobbing Among Snakes
Contestant walks the wing of a biplane in flight. We fill a plexiglass basin with water, plums, ribbon, and garter snakes, and one big albino snake. To jump a car off a two-level parking structure with the furthest distance.
Bull Riding/Eat Brains/Splash Down
Contestants must ride a bull for eight seconds. Each contestant eats poached cow's brain, served cold. To go the furthest distance after being ratcheted up and rope swinging down.
Boat to Boat Jump/Swimming with the Fishes/Flag Snag
To jump from one moving boat to another. Climb into a fishing boat tank filled with dead squid and retrieve weights from the bottom. Contestants shimmy out on a flag pole that is approximately 20 feet from the building, free the flag, and shimmy back.
Helicopter Fire Drill/Eat Rectum/Walking the Ledge
Players climb out over the skid and underneath the helicopter. Contestants shoot at the target to determine how many boiled pig rectums they must eat. The contestant must navigate around the ledge of a tall building.

Blimp Ladder Climb/Bobbing for Chicken Feet in a Barrel of Warxworms/Car Rollover
Player climbs out of a blimp and onto a rope ladder. Contestants bob in a plexiglass box of waxworms. To drive a car into a roll.
Helicopter Climb/Blender of Fear/Pole Hopper
Climb a rope ladder into the helicopter. Eat the blended concoction they give you. Move the flags from the first pole to the last.
Vertical Gauntlet/Rat Hat/Semi-Truck Rope Walk
To run through a vertical obstacle course. Contestants will put their heads inside the box with 24 rats. To cross a plank suspended between two speeding semi-trucks.
Window Walk/Coffin of Creatures/Submerged Cage Escape
Celebrity 2. To move flags from one open window across and around the outside of a building. To separate and move the white snakes out of a group of green. To escape from a submerged cage and swim to a life ring.
Tunnel Swim/Eat Balut/Bicycle Plank
Contestants enter the water where there is a 30-yard long tunnel. Unhatched duck's embryo boiled 30 minutes and then served. Contestants must ride a bicycle across a 10" wide plank that is suspended between two buildings.
Helicopter Box Jump/Tarantula Pit/Water Tube
Jump from a moving helicopter onto a floating platform. Place 60 pink-toed tarantulas into the torture hat and stay still for 3 minutes. Lie in a plexiglass tube while someone pumps water in.
Public Nudity/Madagascar Roaches/Chain Submerge
To stand naked in public. Contestants have to eat 0-5 live Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Players are wrapped in heavy chains around their ankles and submerged in a tank of water.
Sky Surfing/Billiards/Container Ship
To gather as many flags as possible. To play a game of pool and eat the assigned items. To run across shipping containers, planting flags.
Roof to Roof/Blood Meatballs/Submerged Fuselage
To jump from one roof to another. To search for and eat coagulated blood balls hidden in earthworms. To escape from a submerged fuselage.

To unlock the Fear Factor straight-jacket the quickest; to gather the most flags the fastest.
Alligators/Fear Factor Buffet/Runaway Tanker Truck
To Swim with Alligators. Spin on a turntable and eat the assigned buffet. Players need to make their way through the inside of a runaway Tanker Truck to retrieve a key and unlock the box.
