Following his student misadventures in "Doctor in the House," Michael Upton moves through a variety of jobs in general practice before returning to St. Swithin's Hospital as a junior registrar.
In order to revise for his exams in peaceful, quiet surroundings, Michael goes to Mr. Stanley Moon's health farm, where Dick is now the resident doctor.
