In the year 2020 Earth is under threat from Martian androids who want revenge on the human race. An organization is set up on Earth called Terrahawks, which is top secret to the rest of the world.
Against Tiger's better judgment, the military sends a giant space carrier on a first-strike mission against Zelda's base on Mars. It isn't long before the Terrahawks are needed to straighten out the mess.
