Helsinki
In Helsinki Richard takes Paul on a sight-seeing tour by kayak. To get the best view of the city they head to the ladies toilet of a tower block. They join a foraging class to try and gather their own lunch.
Lisbon
In Lisbon Richard and Adam feast on tinned fish and sightsee by tuk-tuk. They discover the delights of Fado, a traditional Portuguese Music and take a patient to the city's doll hospital.
Naples
During 48 hours in Naples, Richard and Jack learn the secrets of making authentic Neapolitan pizza and explore the delights of the Roman ruins at Herculaneum. They also explore the island of Capri and discover the backstreets of Naples by scooter.
