After suffering a heart attack, Dave Hart decides to pursue his dream of living in the Wild West. After committing to the change, Dave soon discovers that the idea of becoming a cowboy doesn't quite encapsulate the reality.

Pilot
Lingerie salesman David Hart decides to try and make his lifelong dream of being a cowboy come true. He makes a deposit on a dude ranch, then finds out that things are not quite as they seem.

The Right Stuff
The Hart family eagerly awaits the delivery of their "stuff" from Chicago. Meanwhile, a champion rodeo clown whom Dave hired to help break wild Mustangs winds up charming Alison and the kids instead.

Guess Who's Coming to Chow?
When Alison's intimidating powerbroker mother comes to visit, Dave tries to set her up with Jake, touting him as a 'gentleman.'

Dead Man's Leap
R.O. is zapped by lightning and develops many personalities, one of which is Dave's late father. Meanwhile, Zane disobeys his dad by accompanying some new friends to Dead Man's Leap.

Goodnight, Irene
Sheriff R.O. looks for clues leading to a suspect in the murder of Garral's most beloved bovine, Irene, who dropped dead while Garral was painting her portrait.

Cowboyz in the Hood
Marcus sends a troubled inner-city teen, Evan, to stay at the Tumbleweed in order to instill a sense of discipline in him.

Auggie's End
As Auggie turns 60, he announces that he's going to die... on the Harts' property, where his wife is buried. However, Dave needs him in order to help Duke win a sheep-shearing competition.

Jake's Brother
Jake's hotheaded brother, romance writer Ezekiel, returns to Sholo and threatens to kill Jake in a shootout for a decades-long perceived slight.

Ghost Run
Brimming with unsubstantiated confidence, Dave vows to win the Frontier Day buckboard race. When he meets his partner, the elderly widow of a previous champion, however, Dave's hopes plummet.

You've Got to Have Hart
Cowboy Dave takes the bull by the horns and joins the competition to restore Sholo's luster in the annual rodeo. Meanwhile, a dashing rodeo Romeo sets L'Amour's spurs to jingling.

Home Alone... with Friends
After already-divorced Rose throws R.O. out of her house, he comes to the Harts begging for a place to stay indefinitely. He overstays his welcome, Alison puts her Western hospitality out to pasture.

Hart's Vacation
The Harts gather their gear for a family vacation in the countryside, eager to enjoy a luxury stay in the Wild West. The peaceful adventure that they've planned soon turns into a myriad of fiascos.

Back in the Panties Again
Dave's former boss in lingerie sales visits Sholo and holds a photo shoot for next year's calendar. When the Tumbleweed's well runs try, Auggie tries to locate a water source with a dowsing rod.

Drive, He Said
When a cattle driver with a monopoly on bringing Sholo's cattle to market quadruples his prices, the Harts decide to have an old-fashioned cattle drive.

Jake and Duke's Excellent Adventure
On his tenth birthday, Duke embarks on a rite of passage trip through the Wild West with the rugged and resourceful Jake. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Alison worries that she may be pregnant.
