Every day this week John is introducing the Kitchen Criminals to one main ingredient: today it's pork. John demonstrates how to cook pork escallops on buttered spinach and roast pork with rhubarb compote: two simple but delicious recipes.

Every day this week John has been introducing the Kitchen Criminals to one main ingredient: today it's chocolate. John demonstrates how to cook a simple but delicious dessert of poached pears with chocolate sauce.
Episode 10
Today it's the last day of John's boot camp and his 6 remaining contestants are proving to be fierce competitors. To turn up the pressure on the final day John has invited the contestants' friends and families to judge the food.
Episode 11
This week Angela takes on the challenge and puts her team of 10 Kitchen Criminals through severe boot camp training. Today Angela demonstrates how to cook homemade Tagliatelle with Wild mushrooms and Pancetta and Spinach and Ricotta Tortelli.

Today's 9 remaining Kitchen Criminals are trying to get to grips with lamb. Angela Hartnett demonstrates a delicious Italian dish, Lamb Parmigiano with Salsa Verde, and a roast of Rack of Lamb with Ratatouille.

Today Angela Hartnett's got 8 cooks left in her boot camp. They're all determined to show Angela that they can learn to cook. However, trying to master Angela's two fish dishes – a mixed Seafood and Fish Stew and Sea Bream with Fennel and Dill Salad.

Today Angela is delighted that one of the remaining 7 candidates is really beginning to show some talent and another contestant who had a disastrous day yesterday has come back fighting.

Today it's the last day of Angela's cookery boot camp and her 6 contestants have well and truly got the cooking bug. Now, the surviving candidates are given their biggest challenge to date.
