Monica, Tess, and Andrew are a trio of angels sent to Earth to tell depressed and troubled people that God loves them and hasn't forgotten them.
Tess revisits the Greenes. She tells them God says Josh needs to go with Tess. Josh has to help Monica see, since she is temporarily blinded. They travel to a city filled with tension.
