Lucas prepares to defend his thesis and discovers he can't escape campus politics. Raci's instructors are worried about her class attendance.

T.J. visits the parents of his girlfriend. Raci openly attends a campus meeting for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students.

Episode 7
On the eve of her sexual reassignment surgery, Gabbie's parents throw a pre-operative dinner party.

Episode 8
T.J. returns to Cyprus and a difficult conversation with his mother. On the eve of his graduation from Smith College, Lucas and his father meet.
