The three Kisugi sisters: Rui, Hitomi and Ai, rob art galleries as the thief "Cat's Eye" in hopes that his works can give them clues to discover the whereabouts of their father, Michael Heintz.
A thief is brought in for questioning, but Toshio can't pin anything on him. Cat's Eye has to find a way to get their father's painting from the thief before he delivers it to the Mafia!
