The three Kisugi sisters: Rui, Hitomi and Ai, rob art galleries as the thief "Cat's Eye" in hopes that his works can give them clues to discover the whereabouts of their father, Michael Heintz.
Rui goes undercover to steal a painting, but things get messy when Toshio is sent over to the Organization Crime Division. Now Cat's Eye has to get Toshio reinstated too!
