Yamato and his friends sneak into King Dorado's room when they find a tunnel leading from the site of the factory to the enemy's headquarters, Dragonia Castle.

Yomena sneaks into the royal palace and kidnaps Aira. Yamato and others try to help the Aira in captivity, but God Mazinger refuses to dispatch, saying, 'You cannot go for Mu.'
The Stolen Clue
Yamato sketches a pattern based on his dream. Upon seeing it, Madoma notices that it looks exactly like the pattern on the bottom of the fountain in the royal palace.
Mazinger in Peril
Dorado puts Eld in prison and launches an attack by the dragon knight army to the Mu Kingdom.
The Terror of the Light Bearer
The royal palace is now occupied by Dragonia, and the Mu people have become nomads. Yamato infiltrates the royal palace with Aira and Kaoru to confirm the whereabouts of Mazinger buried in the temple.
The Wandering Muvians
The Mu people chased from the royal palace, head for the west fort. However, a shaman unit led by Yomena is standing guard. Yamato and the swordsmen attack at night and try to recapture the fort, but they try to suppress the people of Mu.

Yamato and his friends discover numerous stone plates and equipment to house them in the underground temple of the fort.
Eld's Secret Base
Thanks to the newly made replica of the keystone, the mysterious device shows an image of a strange island. Yamato and the others set sail for the local island of Camour.
The Miracle at the Bottom of the Sea
Yamato and others get to the island and climb the cliff to find a large opening in the shape of Mu's Symbol.
Do-or-Die Investigation in the Depths
Yamato pushes forcibly and descends to the bottom of the lake with Mazinger again, but encounters a monster.
Dorado's Fury
Frightened by the signs of death, Dorado re-enters the mobile fortress and raids Eld's secret base.
Yamato Versus Dorado!
Yamato and his friends infiltrate Dragonia Castle to recover the stolen keystone. Yamato crosses blades with Dorado, but he succumbs to his power and is captured.
Yamato is Dead?!
Obtaining the keystone, Eld finally has the throne. Yamato gets into God Mazinger but Eld fights back with a large robot who pierces through God Mazinger!
Yamato Versus Eld
Yamato is defeated and God Mazinger has vanished. Eld enters into the pyramid and sets the keystone.
