Transformers: Armada follows the latest battle in the war between the Autobots and Decepticons as the two sides race to gain the allegiance of a newly discovered race of Transformers known as Mini-Cons.

Middle school students Rad, Carlos and Alexis are shocked to discover the existence of large robots in their hometown. When they accidentally awaken these Transformers, an evil Decepticon named Megatron chases after them.
