Vernon and Debbie are pulled away from the annual 'Hands On A Boat' competition and forced to act like real parents by tracking down Charlotte after she sneaks off to a party. Ronnie's convinced this is his year to win the boat, by any means necessary.

Charlotte invites Vernon to her drummer boyfriend's show at a local music festival. Vernon promises he'll be there, but a call from Trayne Crosstown with an offer for a repeat performance causes Vernon to try and have it all.
