The property show that, for the builders, is literally make or break! In a brilliant new twist, The Renovation Game sees a crack team of up-and-coming builders and designers put their own fees on the line if they fail to raise a property's value.
Episode 1
With just £3,000 to spend and only three days to turn it around the team have really got their work cut out. If they succeed in their aim and increase the value of the house by £15,000 then the will be paid and all will be well.
Episode 2
With a new kitchen and bathroom to install they have masses to do -will they reach their £15,000 targetand get paid or will they fail and go home with nothing.

Simon O'Brien is in Somerset to makeover a maisonette home to a single Mum and her two children. They install a new kitchen, spruce up her bathroom and makeover the rest of the property including making a new master bedroom in the loft.

The homeowners house is in chaos due to her son's DIY and she needs some help to get it sorted out. The team give her a new kitchen and bathroom as well as modernising the rest of the house.
Episode 13
Jonnie Irwin and the Renovation Game team are on the south coast today. They are tackling a Victorian house with a few problems including an old kitchen, unfinished bathroom, tired master bedroom and small reception rooms.
Episode 14
Jonnie Irwin is with today's Renovation Game team to work on a house in Surrey. They makeover the house with a lot of decorating, a new breakfast bar, a new fireplace and a new bedroom upstairs.

Simon O'Brien is in Warrington with today's Renovation Game team to tackle a house owned by a young couple in need of some help. They do a major overhaul of the front and back gardens as well as installing a new kitchen.
