On his way back to Atlantis, Lt. Col. Sheppard is taken prisoner by a rogue ship helmed by a ruthless human commander with a secret agenda. As the team searches for him, Sheppard's resourcefulness is put to the test as he tries to stay alive.
Tabula Rasa
With Atlantis plagued by an amnesia-causing virus, McKay wakes up with no idea who he is or what is going on. Following instructions from a video he recorded earlier, McKay frees himself and sets out to find the key to unlocking this mystery.
Missing
Arriving on New Athos for an overnight visit, Teyla and Dr. Keller discover the entire settlement abandoned and their own lives in jeopardy from the Bola Kai, a fierce warrior tribe. The pair must avoid capture until Atlantis sends a search party.
The Seer
With still no trace of the Athosians, Teyla requests an off-world visit to meet with a seer, Davos, who may be able to help her find her people. Meanwhile on Atlantis, Agent Woolsey arrives to observe and review Col. Carter.

After an unforeseen return, Dr. Carson Beckett shares that he has been held captive. As Teyla is re-united with some missing fellow Athosians, she begins to formulate a plan to ensure their escape, if she is able to find them in time.
The Last Man
