Episode 2
In this show Richard goes to Gascogny to see just why the French live longer on their diet of fat and foie gras, and investigates just how supermarkets make us buy more than we need.
Episode 3
Stefan goes in search of a water source to make his millions, Richard and Stefan get advice on how to complain in restaurants and Richard goes in search of the perfect chocolate. Roxy makes her Mum's cheese and onion pie and shows how to make a Martini.
Episode 4
Stefan goes diving for scallops and visits Heston Blumenthal at his restaurant, The Fat Duck in Bray and Richard investigates the ready meal industry. Roxy and Stefan show different ways to cook scallops.

Stefan goes in search of the perfect cheese board, Roxy investigates the decline of the Greasy Cafe and Richard meets the animal that will eventually provide his dinner. Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall makes braised shin of beef and discusses cuts of meat.
