Big House Little House
This enlightening and entertaining property show follows two couples as they tackle exactly the same kind of renovation project, but on two very different budgets.
Episode 1
Lesley and Nick in Derby are struggling to sell their five bedroom property and have decided to spend £30k to open up their kitchen and carry out some much needed home improvements. It's a last roll of the dice to sell up and get their retirement fund.
Episode 2
School attendance officer Tracey, in the Big House in Bedfordshire, has 40k to turn her empty loft into a bedroom with study and en-suite for teenage daughter Amy who needs her own space. She also wants to add some serious value to her home.
Episode 3
Ryan and his wife Gemma from Lancashire have just 10k to build an extension onto the back of their three bed semi to create a bigger kitchen/diner and living space.
Episode 4
Atia and Khalid from Shipley are relocating their dated bathroom into a different part of the house, along with ripping out and replacing the current kitchen. They have 40k for the project on their five bed semi.
Episode 5
Croydon Graham and Rachel have 190k to spend on renovating their property, which involves building a double story extension with open plan kitchen diner and new master bedroom.
Episode 6
Michelle and Barry in Somerset have £70k to achieve the kitchen to end all kitchens! Hannah and Jason have just £4k to spend on their kitchen diner project. Luckily, they're both keen to do the work themselves but will their budget stretch?
Episode 7
Ben and Lisa, have £95k to create an amazing space that reflects their rural Leicestershire surroundings. Jackie and Justin have £50k for their new extension which they hope will change the way they use their home and improve family life.
Episode 8
Poppy and Pam have £50k to convert their empty loft into a work studio and ensuite bedroom. With a big family living under one roof they need the extra space. Nik and Jyoti, have £35k to knock through into their redundant outbuilding.

Web developer Iain and his wife Frankie, who works in marketing, have £190k to renovate their beautiful Victorian villa. Retirees John and Vanessa have £40k to turn their dilapidated barn into a picture postcard holiday home.
Episode 10
Brenda and Michael have £25k to tear down the walls and open up their boxy bungalow. Paul who works in marketing has a small budget of just £500 to breathe new life into his garden.
Episode 11
Jon and Jo in Northamptonshire have £50k to open up their dated property and create new areas to live and entertain. James and Lucy have £20k to breathe new life into their dark and damp cellar and transform it into a light, bright family-friendly space.
Episode 12
Shaun and Cynthia have £30k to update their tired spaces and turn them into areas that the family can gather in and enjoy. Sarah and James have £16k to move the walls and add a modern, contemporary kitchen/diner to their bungalow.
Episode 13
Clementina and her sister Martha have a £100k budget to completely renovate a five bedroom property and turn it into high-end student rental accommodation. Helen has £35k to turn her tiny two bed terrace into a family sized four bed home.
Episode 14
Laura and Richard have around £70k to remodel the rear of their beautiful Victorian property. Anna and Chris have £30k to treat themselves to a new extension and revolutionize the way they use their home.
Episode 15
Christine and Stephen have £70k to open up their downstairs and carry out more improvements throughout the house. Rosie and Paul, in the Little House in Surrey, have £25k to create their dream kitchen diner.
Episode 16
Reg and Paula in Crowborough have £25k for their project as they look to create their dream kitchen diner. Saul and Amanda have just £7k to knock through from the kitchen and into the dining room to create a space that suits their childminding business.
Episode 17
Claire and Rob have £80k to add a large extension to their home. They want to make their downstairs work better for the whole family. Gareth and Emma have £20k to add an extension, along with a detached office space in the garden for Gareth.
Episode 18
Nigel and Lucy have £85k to add a double story extension to their dated bungalow. Sally and Kirk have £30k to add a front side extension that can be used by all the family.
Episode 19
Joseph and Bettina have £70k to build a ground level extension for a large kitchen diner along with a basement extension. Gawaine and Katrina have £30k to build onto the back of their property.
Episode 20
Carl and his wife Tanya have around £100k for their build. It's a huge project that involves adding a large kitchen diner to their 4 bed semi. Gemma and Richard have £35k to add an extension to their cramped three bed home.
