Miami. October 18, 2001, 14-year-old Dwayne Jackson from Southern California was shot with a shotgun by an unknown passenger in a taxi cab. May 4, 2006, security guard Frutoso Anguiano was taken by surprise by four armed men who assaulted and killed him.
