The RIP Files
The R.I.P. Files features a group of paranormal investigators, who use intuitive abilities and deep knowledge of metaphysical techniques to interact with the entities they encounter at haunted locations.

City Of The Dead
Hill View Manor proves to be a scary and very active location, with shadow people, audible voices, lots of EVPs, and even a gargoyle. Kenna, Amelia, and Sherry encounter a flirtatious ghost in the Chapel who expresses his 'undying' love for them.

Ghost House
Can a small frame house in the peaceful suburbs of northern Virginia actually be terrifying? This one is. It's apparently a portal that allows ghosts from different time periods to travel back and forth between their world and ours.

Spirits Of The Palace
Swannanoa Palace was built in 1912 by James Dooley, a wealthy businessman, as a gift for his wife, Sally May. Sadly, the Dooleys only occupied this magnificent mansion on top of a mountain for a few years before both passed away.

Haunted Heritage
This former fire house and police station houses all sorts of creepy dolls who are eager to communicate with the R.I.P. team, along with the infamous 'Moaning Statute' that has terrified dozens of people and is still on display.

No Place Like Home
What's scary about a lovely family home? Just about everything! From the raspy-voiced spirit in Tommy's Room to the little boy himself to the full-body apparition in the Pickers Room, this location is a paranormal investigator's dream.

Blood Alley
Nicknamed 'Blood Alley,' this former prison housed some of the most infamous criminals in the world. The team isn't surprised to find that many still stay here, but we weren't quite prepared for the intensity of the violence.

Lost Girls
This 'stabilized outdoor ruin' is considered one of the most haunted locations in the state of Maryland. A former girls' school, this building has also been a hotel and a hospital for wounded soldiers from WWI.

Prisoners In Time
The oldest continuously operating jail in Virginia features the spirits of former prisoner Mr. McGhee, along with one of the previous wardens, and the warden's wife, who burned to death in the Kitchen. We also catch a glimpse of the infamous Lady in White

Wandering Souls
Ellicott City, MD, is an old town and a very haunted one. The Historical Society is housed in what was an old church, while the Weir Building next door has been a Quaker school and a private residence.

Explore The Darkness
Take a deeper look back at the metaphysics and knowledge to build a bridge between the living and the dead.
