Natalie hangs at the Thompson Hotel in Nashville with Boy Named Banjo, then visits the GIG at Belmont with Randall Fowler. Morgan meanwhile is listening to vinyl in style at the Memphis Listening Lab.
Eating and Drinking
Natalie takes a tour of Leiper’s Fork Distillery, samples some small batch whiskey with Ryan Griffin, and then heads to the Assembly Food Hall with the familiar faces of The Frontmen. Meanwhile, it’s burgers and BBQ for Molly down on Beale Street.

Hangin' with the Girls
It’s an all-girls trip as Natalie spends time at Hattie Jane’s Creamery, Wanna Spoon Cereal Bar and with country artist Taylor Edwards. Morgan hangs with soul artist Talibah Safiya at the Memphis Slim Collaboratory.
Sweet and Savory
Natalie visits with the father-daughter chocolatiers of Poppy and Peep and then shares donuts with J.D. Shelburne at the Assembly Food Hall while Molly enjoys some savory dishes of her own in Baton Rouge and Columbia, South Carolina.
In Motion
There’s no rest for Natalie as she pedals her way through Nashville’s Lower Broadway with Tigirlily and then takes a Texas two-step dance lesson. Molly gets some exercise of her own as she visits Shelby Farms Park in the heart of Memphis.
Interesting Places
Natalie tours Nashville’s only craft cidery at Diskin Cider and sits down with country duo Williams Honor while Molly pays a visit to the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory to learn more about America’s national pastime.
