The F Word (UK)
The F Word takes place against the backdrop of a working kitchen staffed by Gordon Ramsey and his amateur kitchen crew. Throughout the show Gordon and co prepare a 3 course meal for 50 diners, who don't have to pay if they don't like the food.

Episode 1
In tonight’s show get three fabulous Ramsay recipes – salad of red mullet with sauté anchovy potatoes, saddle of lamb stuffed with spinach, apricots and cumin and summer pudding with lime crème fraiche - every dish something you can cook at home.

Episode 3
Gordon's got an all female amateur brigade in the kitchen. On the menu are a simple but delicious scrambled egg with wild mushrooms, succulent bream with peas and bacon and a light summer dessert of citrus fruit with a champagne sabayon.

Episode 4
Gordon is joined in the kitchen by 4 brothers from Bolton: Amateur cooks who think they can work a Ramsay kitchen. Gordon and his brigade cook garden soup with walnut pesto, rabbit fricassee with tagliatelli and rhubarb soufflé with white chocolate sauce

Episode 5
Gordon is joined in the kitchen by four A&E doctors from London. Gordon and his all female brigade cook salt and pepper squid with sweet chilli sauce, bacon wrapped chicken legs with a pea and broad bean risotto and retro classic crepes suzette.

Episode 7
Gordon and his brigade cook three simple recipes everyone can cook at home: artichoke, asparagus and onion tart with fried quails’ eggs, breast of duck with spring greens and gooseberry sauce and an amazingly easy four minute chocolate mousse.

Episode 8
Gordon is joined by four farmer’s daughters who believe they can thrive in his kitchen. Gordon and his brigade cook crab mayonnaise rolls with mango salsa, a succulent beef fillet with mushroom gratin and Gordon’s favourite dessert - hot chocolate fondant

Episode 9
Gordon is rejoined in the kitchen by the best performing brigade of the series. He and the A&E Doctors cook scallops and new potatoes with summer truffles, and roast loin and belly of pork from the Berkshire pigs that Gordon raised in his back garden.
