The Doctor investigates the disappearance of a Concorde in mid-flight and he becomes convinced that it has been transported back in time.
Deep inside the citadel, the Doctor discovers the legendary Xeraphin who were believed to have been wiped out long ago. They have survived the radiation on Earth by merging themselves into one entity with incredible psychic powers.
