Captain Dan Tempest, an ex-pirate pardoned by the King and turned privateer, makes unlikely allies during his journeys through the Caribbean fighting off rival Spanish forces.
Blackbeard
Captain Woodes Rogers travels to the Bahamas to accept his new position as Governor. He brings a King's pardon to all who will give up piracy. Blackbeard is not convinced and suspects a trap.
The Raiders
A new enemy presents himself on the island, and the Governor must decide whether to instigate a revenge attack offshore or dedicate his forces to defending the island from another potential attack.

Captain Dan Tempest returns from time at sea, where he's promptly arrested for self-admitted piracy. He's offered an opportunity for redemption by the governor, though it's unclear if he will accept.
Dan Tempest's War with Spain
Governor Rogers has left the Island of New Providence, leaving Lt. Beamish in command as Acting Governor. Meanwhile, a Spanish Galleon has sailed into the harbor presumably with peaceful intentions.
The Wasp
A boy is left behind on one of Blackbeard's raids, where he is captured by Tempest and his men, and forced to work alongside the crew in their attempt to foil the elusive Blackbeard's evil plot.
Whale Gold
A crew is in search of whale gold, a substance worth five times its weight in gold. When some crew members find a deposit, things get difficult when they try to hide it from the rest of the crew.
The Slave Ship
Three slaves escape to sea and end up discovering and capturing a slave ship themselves. Knowing that the British will be coming after them, they begin their desperate bid for freedom.
Gunpowder Plot
Tempest is tasked with securing extra gunpowder from the Admiralty after a succession of pirate raids. When they refuse to give him gunpowder, Tempest has to resort to some unconventional tactics.
The Ladies
A shipload of women is approaching New Providence. Tempest and the administration have a concern that Blackbeard may be aware of it, and decide to lay a trap for him if he attacks.
The Surgeon of San Rojo
When a typhus outbreak hits New Providence, Captain Tempest must launch a desperate mission to bring relief to the dying inhabitants, seeking out Spanish men of medicine to the local Indians.
Before the Mast
A pirate ship is seen in the waters around New Providence. With a Spanish blockade already in place, Tempest concocts an audacious plan to not only stop the pirate, but destroy his ship.
Dan Tempest and the Amazons
A French Privateer arrives in New Providence with a very strange cargo. As discussions continue, the prospective cargo decide the matter for both parties.
The Articles of War
The island is running out of food. The situation becomes more desperate when a Spanish naval ship arrives, threatening to destroy an expected food ship if Spanish prisoners are not released.
The Hand of the Hawk
The authorities are trying to drum up more business for the colony. However, the first merchantmen to arrive has a crew member killed with a warning: beware the mark of the Hawk.
Marooned
The colony is celebrating the King's birthday when a raiding party attacks and steals most of the supplies. As the authorities become aware of the situation, Tempest is sent to pursue the thieves.
Gentleman Jack and the Lady
Tempest's ship clashes with another privateer over a prize. Captain Gentleman Jack issues a warning of revenge to Tempest and his crew, but Gentleman Jack is not the person people expected him to be.
Mr. Beamish and the Hangman's Noose
A new acting governor arrives at the colony and immediately arrests Beamish on a string of charges, requiring him to return to London. Tempest is convinced there's a political motive behind it.
Dead Man's Rock
With the Sultana out of action, a Spanish warship takes the opportunity to attack the colony and arrest Governor Beamish. Tempest must find a way to rescue Beamish and stop the Spanish incursion.
Blood Will Tell
A lawyer arrives at the colony looking for the last remaining heir to the Gresham fortune. When a lad claims to be the heir, everyone assumes he is lying, but doubts begin to rise.
Dangerous Cargo
Under the watchful eye of the Spanish, Tempest is tasked with transferring an important passenger—a lady of royal stature on a mysterious mission—from a passing British warship to Barbados.
The Return of Calico Jack
Calico Jack arrives in the colony while Tempest is away on business. Tension ensues between the two crews, and inexperience in dealing with conflict leads to some difficult situations.
Ghost Ship
While on board the Sultana, Captain Tempest encounters an abandoned Dutch ship. While he sees it as a prize, the crew fears it is a ghost ship with restless spirits.
Conquistador
A series of attacks are blamed on Captain Dan Tempest and the Sultana crew. Lieutenant Beamish refuses to believe the situation until he sees Tempest's actions with his own eyes.
Mother Doughty's Crew
A series of pirate raids puts Dan Tempest under pressure to catch the perpetrator, while also having to dampen down any rumors his own crew may be behind the attacks.
Conquest of New Providence
While at sea, Tempest discovers that New Providence has been invaded by a Spanish force. He heads back to port and begins putting together a plan to bring the island back under English control.
Hurricane
As New Providence recovers from a hurricane, word comes through that a Spanish treasure ship has sunk nearby. Tempest decides to try and recover the gold as a way to finance the town's rebuilding.
Cutlass Wedding
Taffy backs out of marriage with one of the colony girls. In retaliation, the girls threaten to leave. Tempest tries to broker a new proposal before the women follow through with their threat.
The Aztec Treasure
Tempest comes across a boisterous cutthroat who claims to know the location of the greatest treasure in history, prompting them to collaborate on a voyage to the alleged stash.
Prize of Andalusia
After the crew rescues a stranded English sailor from being strapped to a bundle of cargo floating in the ocean, they swear to avenge the wrongdoing against him and rescue his stolen ship.
Dan Tempest Holds an Auction
Tempest takes a solo trip to Charleston, where he hopes to sell cargo to international traders based at the port. He quickly suspects that the trading company is participating in unfair practices.
The Spy Aboard
Tempest is robbed by the ruthless pirate Peg Leg, and realizes that there must be a spy aboard his own ship. In order to get his fortune back, Tempest must get a spy onto the pirate ship.
Flip and Jenny
Tempest finds two children stowed away on his ship. Their father, an indentured slave, was thrown in jail for his refusal to work until the local landowner agreed to educate the children.
Indian Fighters
Tempest returns famous Indian fighter Understandable Perkins to his hometown. Instead of a hero's welcome, Perkins is charged with treason and thrown in jail. Tempest sets out to right the wrong.
Mistress Higgins' Treasure
Tempest is smuggling a load of farm tools to a group of desperate farmers when he encounters a strange woman at sea. She tells of buried pirate treasure that she's discovered in a cave on an island.
To the Rescue
Tempest arrives at Savannah in the promise of a valuable cargo. Local politics make moving a load of tobacco very risky, but with so much at stake, Tempest rolls the dice and takes the load.
The Decoy
Tempest is sailing for Charleston with a valuable load of furs. While trying to avoid a pirate, he finds a strange woman alone in a dingy at sea, who tells an even stranger story.
The Instrument of War
Tempest arrives at Prisoner's Island to pick up a valuable cargo. However, he becomes concerned when he discovers the cargo is a single Scottish Highland Chief.
Pirate Honour
Tempest tries to save a young boy who's knowledge of buried gold makes him a valuable target of the famed pirate Black Bart. He discovers the boy's late father was an old ally of Tempest's.
Printer's Devil
Captain Tempest becomes involved when he sees a printer shut down for spreading stories of corruption amid the government. Tempest thinks there is some truth behind it and decides to make a stand.
