Drake enters a local talent show. When a rival entry in the talent show steals Drake's song at the last minute, he enlists the help of Josh to perform a Blues Brothers routine.
Driver's License
Josh receives a traffic ticket moments after getting his Driver's License. Drake, who has failed his test, agrees to pay the fine so Josh doesn't have to tell their Dad, in exchange for Josh's chauffer services. Eventually, Drake pushes his brother too far, Josh becomes fed up with the blackmail, and the authorities are once again involved.

A seemingly innocuous little girl from Josh's Campfire Kid's troop has an obsessive crush on Drake and his music. As she gets increasingly intrusive, Drake, regrettably, blows up at her.
Mean Teacher
Drake is unable to break up with his inappropriately laughing girlfriend because she is the daughter of his teacher who has threatened him with summer school.
The Gary Grill
Drake and Josh become pawns in a plot to sell stolen Gary Coleman grills, and are put in jail when they are falsely accused by the FBI of masterminding the whole operation.
Drew and Jerry
Josh befriends Drake's doppelganger, a classmate named Drew, and Drake becomes jealous, fearing that Josh is trying to replace him. Drake responds by making friends with a Josh replica named Jerry, and the two brothers then begin an escalating battle of one-upping, in order to make the other jealous.
Honor Council
When Drake is falsely accused of playing a practical joke on one of his teachers and threatened with suspension, he and Josh plead their case before the Honor Council, while pitted against a prosecutor who is the school's most notoriously over-achieving student.
