Ethan rots in prison. Roberts is arrested. Marty and the General have a sparring match over dinner. Harper leaves Jack and stays with Patrick, leading her to a few revelations. Talia plans her next move after a fight with Marlon.
Chicagoland
Marlon's business is in jeopardy and Marty refuses to help. Harper questions Patrick. A free man, Ethan needs to decide what's next. Talia sets up Marlon. Marty learns of the sting and rushes to stop Marlon before it's too late.
Beyond Judgement
Harper keeps Patrick contained. Marlon is arrested for Talia's murder, with Marty coming to his defense. Ethan strikes a new deal with Marty, who learns Marlon betrayed him. Harper breaks the Hutchings' murder case wide open.

Ethan expands his business, acquiring work for a startup tech company. The heads of the tech company, Ben and Leila, need him to track down their lead programmer Mia who has gone off grid with their tech. Her previous job was at Burns Wagner.
Hardboiled
Harper gets Marty's DNA tested. Ethan wants more money to stay on the Burns Wagner recon job now that Andrew has been murdered. Harper demands personnel files of every employee working on Jason's cell block. The warden is forced to comply.
Long Night
Mia proves to Ethan that Bennett has been lying about his finances and asks him to broker a deal between her and Bennett, $4 million for the flash drive, of which Ethan gets a cut.
Half-Way Burnt
Washington (313) approaches Marlon and Aunt Ruth, offering to represent the family pro bono in a civil case against Marty Stein. Ethan and Mia track down the name of the hitman who attempted to kill them: an ordinary accountant.
The Dime Tour
Ethan and Jennifer are separately interrogated by US marshals about the location of Gary Keyes. Ethan confronts Jennifer in the parking lot after being released and then forces her into a car at gunpoint.
Choking the Root
Ethan is surprised that Marty did not inform him of his desire to murder Mia, but before they can question Anatov, he is killed by Mia, apparently in self-defense.
Wheelbarrow
Ethan meets with Lowry and Harper six hours after Mia was kidnapped. Ethan then goes into an interrogation room and tries to question one of the arrested Russian mobsters, but is quickly removed from the room by FBI agents.
Close to Heaven
Ethan decides to go back home with Tilda even after receiving a call from Jennifer informing him of her plan to trap and murder him. At Tilda's apartment, Ethan ties her up and the Russian gangster, Sergei, sent to assassinate him.
How To Treat Us
Marty and Ethan meet at a dinner where Marty suggests that they team up using Mia and the flash drive, which allows for people to look into the NSA database.
A Piece of Wood
Harper and Lowry meet with CIA agents who reveal that they have also been seeking to arrest Mia. Harper goes to Ethan's condo to arrest Mia and get the flash drive, but Mia shoots her and escapes. Patrick arrives just in time to see Harper die.
