“Ouija: Origin of Evil” is the terrifying follow-up to the 2014 horror hit, “Ouija.” Set in 1967 Los Angeles, the film follows Alice (Elizabeth Reaser), a widowed mother who operates a séance scam business in order to provide for her two young daughters. Hoping to attract new customers, Alice adds a Ouija board to her act but unknowingly opens up a portal to a dangerous spirit world. Now, Alice must fight to save her youngest daughter (Lulu Wilson) from the possession of a malevolent spirit. “Ouija: Origin of Evil” is produced by Platinum Dunes partners Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form, along with Blumhouse Productions’ Jason Blum and Hasbro’s Brian Goldner and Stephen Davis. Mike Flanagan directs from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jeff Howard.
