Contestant must exit from a speed boat by grabbing onto ladder that is hanging out of a helicopter. The contestant has to transfer mealworms from a Plexiglas container to a scale. Contestants will launch themselves in a car off a 3 foot high ramp.

Contestants will climb up 4 stories on a hook and ladder with 70 pounds of gear. Contestant must lay in a pit for 2 minutes while scorpions are dropped on them. Contestants will be put on a platform suspended from a crane 100 feet in the air.

Contestants must find their way through an urban assault building. Contestants will also have to drive their cars onto the back of a car carrier as they both drive down a closed highway.

Contestant is placed in an empty plexi container ten feet high. Contestant must eat an entire, 3 pound raw ostrich egg. The contestant will stand in the center of a rotating circle of truss, which is suspended from a crane 100 feet in the air.

Contestant must ride a motorized scooter from one platform to another platform. Contestant picks wrapped gift to determine the amount of deer testicles they will eat. Three level structure will be erected in a 50 foot diameter tank that is 15 feet deep.

Contestants hang from a helicopter, drop into water, and retrieve flags from a buoy; later, they have to eat ten live slugs and drink cow bile; finally, they build a bridge across two very tall buildings and try to cross in the fastest time.

Four couples compete and a member of each couple tries to free the mate from a box submerged in water. Also, contestants must remove roaches from a candy box using only their mouths.

In this stunt, the contestant will be placed on a 30 foot truss structure. Contestant moves electric eels from one side of tank to the other. In this stunt, the contestant will be seated on a barrel hung by 20 foot long cables underneath a helicopter.
