While the Turtles are planning Irma's birthday party, Shredder steals an Exaboron Isotope from a meteorite crash. Krang creates an Exaboron-powered Enlarging Ray which causes six times normal growth, with the intention of using it on Shredder.

Shredder gives futuristic laser weapons to mobster Tony "The Butcher" Vivaldi and his underlings. Shredder wants The Butcher to find the Maltese Hamster statue of him, which has inside it the formula for ultimate fuel for the Technodrome.

Krang creates a Gravity Altering Device which causes everyone in the city, including the Turtles, to start floating.

20,000 Leaks Under the City,

Krang is out to liquidate the Turtles by pumping water through the Earth's crust and into the sewer system. The super pump starts sucking up the entire ocean and soon the streets are covered with three feet of water.

Take Me to Your Leader,

Leonardo cannot take the pressure of being the leader of the Turtles anymore and leaves. Meanwhile, Krang and Shredder use their Solar Siphon to drain all the energy from the Sun.
