Imagine a world where your greatest fears become reality. In each pulse-racing "Fear Factor" episode, contestants recruited across the country battle in extreme stunts. These stunts are designed to challenge the contestants both physically and mentally.

Contestants will fire a starter's pistol and run from an attack dog. The contestants will lie in a pit made up of faux rocks and burlap... Oh, and snakes.

Fear Factor - Semi Truck Jump/Meal Worm Pit/Reverse Bungee With Paint Ball

Semi Truck Jump/Meal Worm Pit/Reverse Bungee With Paint Ball,

A contestant stands on top of a moving semi truck jump and leaps. Approximately 300,000 superworms will be placed into a case with the contestants. Each contestant will hold a paint ball gun and be harnessed to a reverse bungee line.

Fear Factor - Eat Buffalo Testicles/Pendulum Swing-Human Wrecking Ball/Submerged Car

Eat Buffalo Testicles/Pendulum Swing-Human Wrecking Ball/Submerged Car,

Each contestant will be asked to eat two boiled buffalo testicles in 4 minutes. Each contestant will be harnessed and raised by crane. Each contestant will sit in the front seat of a car as the car is lowered by crane into water.

Fear Factor - Net Jump/Worm Cocktail/Tunnel Crawl

Net Jump/Worm Cocktail/Tunnel Crawl,

Each contestant will climb a one hundred and ten foot tower. Each contestant will be asked to eat 6 worms in 4 minutes. Each contestant will have to find their way through an underground tunnel.

Submarine Dive/Cricket Eating/Slide For Life,

Contestants swim under a boat collecting glow sticks along the way. Then a contestant will throw a dart, and the score they hit is the number of crickets they'll have to eat.

Fear Factor - Power Pole/Pig Buffet/Traverse The Truck

Power Pole/Pig Buffet/Traverse The Truck,

Each contestant will climb a 35 foot power pole, they must stand on top. Contestant will select a fortune cookie, each fortune is inscribed with a different pig part. The contestant stands on a skid at the back of a semi-truck.

Fear Factor - Jet Ski/Bowling For Beetles/Traverse Building

Jet Ski/Bowling For Beetles/Traverse Building,

Contestants will pull themselves into the belly of the helicopter. A number of pins left standing will represent the number of live beetles each contestant will have to eat. A contestant has to climb on a rope that is over a hundred feet in the air.
