Sunita is with Cathie and Tim in Edinburgh. Their wedding is on hold until they find the perfect marital home, but after a year of searching the pricier parts of the city they've turned to Sunita.

Sunita is on the hunt with Pav and Kabir. Since starting a family, they've wanted to leave East Ham for pastures new. But Kabir is scared of moving too far out of the East End.

Sunita is helping Dominic and Tamara leave their London bubble. Dominic admits they've ruled out much of the South East, so it gives Sunita lots of ideas.

Sunita is helping a couple bridge a 70 mile gap and set up their first home together. Selim and Lindsay want to renovate in Birmingham but have restricted their search to a few prestige areas.

Sunita is in Yorkshire with a househunter whose search is going nowhere. Teresa Barron has fallen hard for Otley in Yorkshire, giving her a tiny search area that can't accommodate her hefty wishlist.

Fiona and Tom Harold have fallen hard for the pretty town of Thame, but they can't afford the family home they want and have barely looked anywhere else. Sunita battles their lengthy wishlist.
