A courageous man who's living proof you can reinvent yourself more times than a Love Island contestant. He went from pulling pints in the Queen Vic to pulling BAFTAs for documentaries… from squaring up to Phil Mitchell to staring down actual militias and violent gang members. He’s an actor, a journalist, a dad and probably the only bloke who can make you nervous just by raising an eyebrow…Medverkande: Jeremy Lynch, Ross Kemp

SÄSONG 1 (5 Avsnitt)

Today, we’ve got a guest who has lived several lives in one. On the pitch, he was a fierce left-back who collected trophies like kids collect Pokémon cards. Off the pitch, he’s become the man of Monday mornings—posting videos where he sings and dances in his kitchen, and shouts, ‘I love this game!’

The Yellow Couch with Jeremy Lynch - Charlotte Crosby,

She first burst onto our screens on Geordie Shore—back when her biggest commitment was to Jäger bombs and fake tan. Since then she’s gone from wild nights in Newcastle to winning Celebrity Big Brother, to launching fitness DVDs that got the whole nation doing burpees—and now she’s a mum and a businesswoman running her own empire.

A guest who has a huge drive and work ethics and has overcome some hurdles that have possibly made him stronger - and he’s gained a huge following due to his very personal style along the way.” His entrances make Harry Styles look underdressed at Coachella — and his ring dancing makes Channing Tatum look like he needs a warm-up in Magic Mike.

A courageous man who's living proof you can reinvent yourself more times than a Love Island contestant. He went from pulling pints in the Queen Vic to pulling BAFTAs for documentaries… from squaring up to Phil Mitchell to staring down actual militias and violent gang members. He’s an actor, a journalist, a dad and probably the only bloke who can make you nervous just by raising an eyebrow…

Tonight’s guest has lived that journey. From a football-loving kid to one of the world’s finest players, she’s lifted major trophies, captained teams, and become a role model for millions. She’s the definition of dedication meeting talent.
