The production team will place the contestant inside a clear plexiglass tube and lift it to just above the water. They will then dump snakes and lizards into the tube. The contestant will stand on a plexiglass incline pitched atop a roof high in the air.

Contestants hold onto monkey bars, suspended under a helicopter. In a Plexiglas coffin and covered with leeches. Contestants search for rubber boots at the bottom of a tank of cut up fish parts. Contestants must run their motorcycles off of a cliff.

Contestants will start on the roof of The Mandalay Bay. A tank is filled with Piranha and pig kidneys, which will need to be picked up off using their mouth. The contestants are allowed to eat up to six cave spiders.

Taxi cabs each hang from their own cranes. We place the player inside a sealed Plexiglas coffin filled with thousands of roaches. The contestants dangle by their ankles from a crane, suspended over a swimming pool.

Contestant seated in the helicopter will "go" they crawl out and under the helicopter. Players transfer cow hooves out of a tank of Cod Liver Oil and into a tank of Maggots. Contestant must drive their car at approx. 25mph towards another car.

Contestants will start this game floating in the water. Contestants compress a cow's eye with their mouths, squeezing the juice into a glass. Contestants will stand on Euclid dump trucks as they travel down the road.

Contestants enter a large plexiglas coffin filled with several thousand snakes. They place eight glass torch-goblets on stone pillars of varying heights. Participants dive into a tank filled with cow eyes to recover pig hearts.

Contestant must dive into the water and swim down to a city bus. On a table, there are dishes of roaches. Players are given fifty cow brains with a FF chip hidden inside. Contestants must make the way across a maze of beams.

The contestant stands inside a specially designed clear bag. A tank filled with millipedes, roaches, and worms surrounds them. They balance on one of four 8-foot-tall, 16-foot-long Plexiglas walls suspended high above the ground.

The contestant will be riding in the back of a truck as it drives down a pier. Players will have to clear the tables to uncover a three-digit combination written on each table's glass top. Contestant must drive their car under a semi truck.

There will be a boat that is towing three rafts. A Plexiglas bottom covered in pig parts. The child stands under a large metal shower-head and pulls a chain. Suspended above the water. The kid must climb through the tubes and traverse.

Contestants leap back and forth from the boats to collect as many flags as possible. A contestant stands in a vat used to stomp grapes for wine. They walk the length of the truck, removing flags along the way.

Contestants slide down two cables while standing on a small platform. They pick gifts from under a Christmas tree, one at a time. Then, they swim beneath a 20-foot-by-40-foot Plexiglas grid that is set on fire.

Contestants stand on a platform floating in the water, reaching for a skid of the helicopter. A player finds themselves chained between two poles and covered in bees. Meanwhile, contestants sit in the front of a car that hangs over the water.

The contestant will be attached to a dune buggy by his ankles. Contestant will have to bury their spouse's head in worms using only their mouth. One person from each team will be hanging from the helicopter's skids.

Contestant will be chained to either side of a platform with the contestant having one key to free them from chains. Player dunks their head into a tank and retrieves a cows heart with their mouth.

In this couples stunt, partners will hang by their ankles, they will each hold onto one end of a rope and be lifted over the water. Couples will use their mouths to root around in pies made from wax worms, pigs stomach, fish sauce and duck tongue.

Player A sits in a dunk tank filled with a mixture of cow parts floating in water. One team member hangs upside down by their ankles beneath a helicopter.

In this stunt, the producers place the female contestant in a cage that hangs from a helicopter about 20 feet in the air. At one end of the alley, they positioned a dumpster filled with disgusting garbage.

The contestant will be standing on a beam that is suspended high in the air. The player is placed in a coffin with 100 chicken feet, then covered with rats. Couples stunt where one of the team members is hog-tied by four ropes and suspended.

Two contestants are seated in the front of a car. The driver is blind folded and the passenger must navigate for them. Player is strapped down in a coffin and then covered with 500 Tarantulas.

Contestant will exit a helicopter and release a flag. They will be standing on platforms suspended in the air. Contestant must chew through the cow intestine. Contestants will ride a mini motorcycle across a beam that is suspended from a crane.

Contestant must get on a pole directly out, under the nose of a helicopter. Players will bob in cheese and then eat grasshoppers. Contestants are hung upside down into a Plexiglas tank filled with Eels. Contestants must drive up with only two wheels.

Contestants will be dangling from a rope off the roof. Contestants will have to clear a bug splattered car windshield using only their mouth and face. The contestant will be standing on a beam suspended from a crane.

Contestant will stand on top of a truck as it speeds trying to grab as many flags. Contestants will shoot potatoes at a target using a shoulder mounted air cannon. The contestant must start the car, there are tractors driving towards their car.

The parent and the child will have to cross a beam above the water releasing flags along the way. Cockroaches are being poured into the box while the child sits in a box without a top. In this family stunt the child will start by standing on the dock.
