Contestant will be laying on their back on a plexi-glass platform that is hung from a helicopter. Contestants will determine how much of the animals they will have to eat. Contestant will have to cross beams placing flags along the way.

Contestant will be locked in a plexi-glass box that will be hung from a crane, lowered into the water. A contestant bobs into a tank of fluid. One will be driving the main car and the other will be driving the ramp car along a flatbed semi truck.

Contestants sit on a bicycle on top of one of two semi trucks. Contestants have to pick up hornworms and squeeze the juice out into a glass. Contestant must walk on beam from one building to another.

Contestants will be riding on the back of a jet ski. Contestant is placed in a Plexiglas helmet, which is then filled with moray eels. Contestants must ride a platform that is continuously moving and retrieve a flag and return to the moving platform.

Contestants face their fears as they're strapped face-to-face to a pole on a Plexiglas platform. Next, they dive into a helmet filled with spiders to test their courage. Finally, couples are bound to a platform by their ankles, which activates a lever!

Contestant will be strapped by their waist, ankles, and wrist and locked to the face of a wheel, halfway into the water. Contestants will shoot at wall of bottles with a paintball gun. Contestant must stand on a swaying platform hanging from a helicopter.

Contestants will walk across a truss suspended above the ground wearing a chain mail suit. Contestants will shoot a flaming arrow from a cross bow at a scarecrow target. Contestant is secured into an upright coffin, filled with bugs.

Contestants will climb out of the moving tram and grab a net attached to the tram. Contestants will drink a shake consisting of rats. A plexi-glass wall with a lip hangs under the helicopter and they must traverse the wall releasing flags along the way.

Contestants will be standing on opposite platforms suspended in the air. Contestants will be locked in a cage and hung from a crane. Contestant will have to siphon fluid out of containers and into a funnel. A contestant will cross a beam above ground.

The contestant stands on the suspended platform. Contestants lick bugs off ropes. A crane suspends a glass tube vertically, sealing the top, and leaving the bottom open, then dips it into a pool.

In this head to head couples stunt the male contestants will be hung by their ankles under individual helicopters. Each team will be in their own massive trough filled with fish guts, squid, and fish scales.

In this couple's stunt, the contestants stand on a podium on the roof of a 5-story building. The first contestant loads a piece of cow stomach onto a catapult, launching the stomach downrange to their partner.

In this stunt one of the contestants will be seated on a platform above the water wearing weighted boots. Laying face down on the floor, contestants' heads are placed in separate medieval looking helmets, filled with snakes and rats.

Contestants will each be standing on the back of a flatbed truck driving down the edge of a pier. Contestant must guide their blindfolded partner through a maze of electrical tripwires.

In this couple's stunt, each contestant will stand on a beam suspended in midair off the sides of a train boxcar. In a banquet room, couples will feed each other as much disgusting food as they can.

Both contestants in the finals will be riding on the back of an Ultraboat as a helicopter settles in overhead. Male contestant is placed in a bamboo cage filled with large bullfrogs, which is then lowered into a pit.
