Contestant will be laying on their back on a plexi-glass platform that is hung from a helicopter. Contestants will determine how much of the animals they will have to eat. Contestant will have to cross beams placing flags along the way.

Contestant will be locked in a plexi-glass box that will be hung from a crane, lowered into the water. A contestant bobs into a tank of fluid. One will be driving the main car and the other will be driving the ramp car along a flatbed semi truck.

Contestants sit on a bicycle atop one of two semi-trucks. Contestants have to pick up hornworms and squeeze the juice out into a glass. The contestant must walk on the beam from one building to another.

Contestants will be riding on the back of a jet ski. Contestant is placed in a Plexiglas helmet, which is then filled with moray eels. Contestants must ride a platform that is continuously moving and retrieve a flag and return to the moving platform.

Contestants will be bound face to face by their wrists to a poll attached to a plexi-glass platform. Contestants are placed into a Plexiglas helmet filled with spiders. Couples will be standing and bound by their ankles to a platform attached to a lever.

Contestant will be strapped by their waist, ankles, and wrist and locked to the face of a wheel, halfway into the water. Contestants will shoot at wall of bottles with a paintball gun. Contestant must stand on a swaying platform hanging from a helicopter.

Contestants walk across a truss suspended above the ground while wearing chainmail suits. They shoot flaming arrows from crossbows at scarecrow targets. Contestants are secured in upright coffins filled with bugs.

Contestants will climb out of the moving tram and grab a net attached to the tram. Contestants will drink a shake consisting of rats. A plexi-glass wall with a lip hangs under the helicopter and they must traverse the wall releasing flags along the way.

Contestants will be standing on opposite platforms suspended in the air. Contestants will be locked in a cage and hung from a crane. Contestant will have to siphon fluid out of containers and into a funnel. A contestant will cross a beam above ground.

Contestants will each be standing on the back of a flatbed truck driving down the edge of a pier. Contestant must guide their blindfolded partner through a maze of electrical tripwires.

In this couple's stunt, each contestant will stand on a beam suspended in midair off the sides of a train boxcar. In a banquet room, couples will feed each other as much disgusting food as they can.

Both contestants in the finals will be riding on the back of an Ultraboat as a helicopter settles in overhead. Male contestant is placed in a bamboo cage filled with large bullfrogs, which is then lowered into a pit.

A beam will be hung above another beam. Contestants are to devour the covered trays that conceal six different types of Fear Factor Sausage. Both team members will be seated in separate stunt cars on opposite ends of a track.

Contestants will be standing on opposite skids of the same helicopter. Contestants are hogtied with duct tape on the floor of a meat locker. Contestants will be lying on their backs in a 72-foot-long trough on the roof of a building.
