Contestants will be standing on the back of the fireboat. Contestant will have the option to drink up to three habanero pepper smoothie shots. One contestant will be standing at the top of a fire slide while their partner is standing at the slide-stairs.

Stunt takes place in a rectangular pig pen filled with pigs. Couple is placed back-to back and attached to an upright rotisserie. One contestant will be dragged through a field of mud.

The contestant hangs in a net that dangles from the cargo load ramp of a Sikorsky helicopter above the water. Contestants navigate through a maze. They climb into the back of a car that gradually fills with water.

A contestant lies in a coffin, which is lowered into a grave, while their partner works to free them. The contestants enter a 7-foot-deep Plexiglas tank that is divided into two sections and filled with water.

For this Psycho Arc couples stunt, a hearse will be specially fabricated with a standing platform replacing the rear bumper. One contestant will be handcuffed to a shower inside a bathroom at the Bates Motel.

Team of two contestants will be in a four-walled roof-less office- type room that is filled with desks, chairs, filing cabinets, etc. Contestants will be bound in straight jackets and will have amount of time to escape.

The child contestant will be standing atop the light tower while the parent hangs from a helicopter. The parent contestant will be peddling a stationary bicycle. The child is standing on the roof, and their parent is navigating through a maze.

Two contestants will be driving a boat down a path while connected to a helicopter. Contestants will be on their knees inside a plexiglas tank. Contestants will be standing in a plexi box that is suspended over water.

Each couple stands on the edge of the roof. The producers lock the contestants in a cage filled with roaches. They drive behind a flatbed while their opponents release barrels to distract them.

Contestants will be standing on a building ledge as a wind-and-rain storm impedes their movement. Contestants must bob their heads into a container to retrieve cockroaches with their mouths. Couples will be on their stomachs on a flash flood set.

A crane will be driving alongside the edge of a berth with its boom arm extended out over the berth. Contestants will start this stunt by jumping into garbage, retrieving items. 2 contestants will hold onto ski lines connected to the helicopter.

Contestants support one another while leaning over each side of a boat. Each contestant will be lying in a vertical position, head over feet. Each contestant will be in a car, and on go, will back off the flatbed trucks.

The parents may cross the ledge at Universal Orlando while their child stands on their shoulders. The mother-son team must retrieve the keys. Contestants are seated in a car and must lock it into position underneath a moving semi-truck.

Five contestants will be seated in derby cars while their partners balance on top of 30-foot poles. The contestants will maneuver a swamp boat using a gondolier's staff through a swamp obstacle course.

Contestants will both start on a SeaDoo as they speed towards a buoy, jump off at the buoy, grab a floating fire extinguisher, and swim to a platform behind a house boat that is on fire. One contestant will be placed in a Plexiglas box filled with bugs.

A Car Crane Collision, Spider Dive,

Both contestants are trapped in cars, each suspended by cranes that are facing each other. The female contestant gets locked to a conveyor belt that gets lowered into a shaft filled with hundreds of webs crawling with thousands of tarantulas.

One contestant will launch herself from a pneumatic chair off into the water. Couple will be placed together in a Plexiglas box with separated. One contestant will drop from a helicopter and swim over to a buoy with a key on it.

Contestants will be hanging by their ankles from a crane above the water. Couples must sit inside a barrel in a kneeling position. Contestants are driving on a swervy course while trying to run through a series of barrels and wooden structures.

Contestant will be dropped into the water. Couples will be presented with a picnic baskets filled with a Fear Factor style meal. One contestant will be underneath the train at the back of a car, while her partner will be on the side of the same car.

Contestants are harnessed and locked into a computer ratchet system. Couples will make their way through junkyard obstacles, retrieving hubcaps. The male contestants will be standing on top of a bus while their female partners are strapped under the bus.

Contestants are strapped to a line on the deck, with their bungees attached to a helicopter. Contestants will cut their way through two separate ropes. Contestants are connected to a helicopter and must repel down.
