First, the plaintiff is suing the defendant for the sale of one sick puppy. However, the defendant claims the puppy had a clean bill of health prior to the sale. Then, a sister is suing her baby brother for $1,900 over his failure to pay for a car.

First, a woman sues for the fraudulent sale of an I-phone and service fee. Then, the plaintiff is suing the defendant in the amount of $5,000 for a down payment for a car and damages!
