During a fight, Hiroshi trips and a Frog gets stuck on his shirt. The Frog introduces himself as Pyonkichi. / After Pyonkichi got stuck on a shirt, he is unable to go back to the world of frogs. But, he reunites with Pyonko.

Hiroshi's Date / Do you, Man, Cry for Sunglasses?,

Hiroshi finally schedules a date with his crush, Kyoko. On the way to the date, he loses his voice. / Captivated by a lady passing by, Hiroshi is scolded by Kyoko. Hiroshi says he was just looking at sunglasses.

Goro's First Love / The Duel of Yuhigahara,

Goro falls in love with a girl called Misako. For this, Pyonkichi and Hiroshi have a big fight. / Gorilla-imo and Hiroshi promise to duel. But after hearing some rumors, Hiroshi is afraid.

Say, "AAAAAAAHH" / What a thing you borrowed!!,

Pyonkichi watches a mother feeding a baby lovingly. Touched, he asks Hiroshi to treat him nicely as well. / Goro plays shogi with Hiroshi. But Pyonkichi comments from the side, Hiroshi feels as if he's not even playing.

Pyonkichi participates in a tournament with Hiroshi, but he catches a cold. / New Year's Eve, everyone's eating soba so there are no customers in Ume's restaurant.

Misako comes crying to Hiroshi and the others. She's lost her New Year's money. / Kyoko and the others go skiing with Mr. Minami's car. Hiroshi misses out on going with them.

Hiroshi and Kyoko are now sitting faraway from each other due to the change of seating in class. / Ume comes to sneak a peak at Ms. Yoshiko's class everyday, but Ms. Yoshiko is troubled.

Hiroshi is invited to go bowling with Kyoko, so Hiroshi studies about Bowling to look good in front of others. / Mr. Minami tells the class that they are going swimming in mid-winter, everyone wants to avoid it.

A mother and child frog visits town to look for the father. They look at Pyonkichi and think it's him. / Ume learns about Valentine's day and sends Ms. Yoshiko a bunch of chocolate.

Hiroshi is invited to Kyoko's mother's birthday party. He is shocked to hear she is only 35. / Ume suddenly is bed ridden with a fever. Hiroshi decides to help out with the restaurant,

A Super Transformation / Boys and Girls,

Kyoko goes out shopping, and has make up done at the cosmetic's section of the mall. / Gorilla-imo has been giving girls "grades" as hey walk by. Everyone is displeased and Hiroshi decides to fight.

Hiroshi in Disgust / Find Maria!,

Mr. Minami plays a prank of dropping a bucket on Hiroshi the day he is late to school and makes Hiroshi angry. / The goldfish Pyonkichi was watching over has been attacked by a cat. Pyonkichi thinks it might be Maria.

Argh! Flat Frog and Sold Frog / A Wanted Criminal Comes to Town,

After meeting a travelling frog, Pyonkichi starts to think he is unhappy and wants to return back to normal. / A wanted criminal has run into Hiroshi's town. The man tries to escape by tricking the police to think he's already captured.

Kiss! Smack Smack! / Gorilla-Imo's Great Transformation,

Misako who was wearing her mom's lipstick bumps into Hiroshi causing Pyonkichi to get a kiss mark. / Gorilla-imo seemingly has a sudden change of heart and starts acting very proper.

Viva, Rain! / The Best Present,

Out of instict, Pyonkichi's senses tell him that it's going to Rain despite the clear weather. / Pyonkichi treats a frog shaped piggy bank, that he received as a gift from Kyoko, like a girlfriend.

Oh! Foolish Frog / Pyonkichi Runs Away from Home,

Mom asks Pyonkichi to help her by shopping, but when they arrive to the store, it's moved to another city! / Mom made a new sweater for Hiroshi. He loves it so much, he wears it to school but forgets Pyonkichi.

Pyonkichi meets many frogs at a pond when he goes hiking on a mountain with Hiroshi. / On a cold winter morning, Pyonkichi sees an elderly man jogging a marathon while naked.

Pyonkichi plays with a baby at the park, but it turns out this baby had been abandoned. / Hiroshi and Pyonkichi go into a Ramen Restaurant and eat bowls of ramen, only to find out they've lost their money.

During breakfast, Hiroshi gets a small fish bone stuck in his throat and tries to take it out. / Kyoko falls in love with a young man selling his poem's on the street.

You Are a Dog / Drive Back Mr. Machida!,

After seeing hypnosis on TV, Hiroshi thinks to try some hypnotizing as well. / Almost everyday, Hiroshi forgets his homework and is told to stood outside the class.

The day of the school summer camp is here! Hiroshi and everyone was excited, but due to the budget, the location is a park near by. / A strange mark that looks like a heart suddenly appears on Pyonkichi's face.

Kyoko tells Pyonkichi and Hiroshi that she thinks they look wonderful when they are angry. / Pyonkichi suddenly says that he is being targeted for his life. Goro, Kyoko, Ume, and even Hiroshi attack him!

Gorilla-imo wins a bicycle from a quiz competition and ends up in a situation with Kyoko. / Yoshiko has plans to visit and stay with her aunt at the temple. Hearing this, Ume tags along.

One night, Hiroshi and the others see Mr. Minami going out and acting suspicious. / While doing a delivery on his bike, Ume is distracted by a couple. He runs right into a car and a pole and loses his memory.

Hey, Ponkotsu! / Pyon-kichi has a Navel?,

The black and white TV at Hiroshi's home is broken. But Ponkotsu-taro says he can provide them with a colored TV! / Pyonkichi gets bitten on the stomach by a snapping turtle and ends up with a belly button!

Nighter Birthday / Kyoko is My Girlfriend!,

Goro cries that his house is too small and he can't hold a party for this birthday. / Gorilla-imo writes and gives a love letter to Kyoko. Hiroshi loses his mind and requests for a duel.

Ume's Mother in His Memory / Shinpachi Made His Appearance,

Looking at some customers at his restaurant, Ume reminices about his mother that he doesn't even know. / A smirky and cool delinquent, Shinpachi has transferred to Hiroshi's class. The teachers are troubled.

It's Secret to Pyonkichi / Detestable, Shinpachi,

Without taking Pyonkichi, Hiroshi and Kyoko head to the mall while speaking together in secret. / Gorilla-imo starts a fight with the new kid Shinpachi, but he easily loses to Shinpachi.
