World-renowned Chefs Colin Fassnidge and Judith Tabron, present a new format where five teams from five real restaurants put their livelihood at stake in a competition to find out whose Restaurant Rules and takes home the $100,000 grand prize.

The competition is on as next up is Katikati couple, Julia and Daniel. Can they wow with their Modern Kiwi Cuisine? Or will their desserts be their downfall?

It's the husband and wife team Amy & James from Auckland's turn to cook. Can they beat the highest score of 67 and take the top spot from Rustic?

The competition heads to Lyttelton where PJ & Rob are hosting at their Fisherman's Wharf restaurant. A favorite with locals and tourists, but will it live up to the judges and teams' expectations?

The last private restaurant of Round one sees the Traditional Italians Raff & Sussana from Babagatto in Nelson. At the end of the evening, one team will be eliminated from the competition.

Round two of the competition begins where teams have been given $20,000 to renovate their respective Restaurants. Tonight, Katikati couple Julia and Daniel are re-hosting the other teams with a new and improved restaurant and menu.

The competition is back in Waiouru where Tyson and Denise prepare to wow the Judges with their second cook in the competition but, are they playing it too safe?

Our traditional Italians are back in the kitchen in Babagatto, Nelson. With only two teams left to cook, a lot is riding on their menu tonight.

In the final private restaurant, who will make it through to join Tyson and Denise in the grand final?

It's the final of My Restaurant Rules. Tyson & Denise versus Amy and James. Each will host a three-course dinner to a packed Restaurant, but only one team will win the $100,000 grand prize.
