A factory worker's arm is missing after a horrific accident. A man on a family outing plunges down a rockface in front of his terrified wife and daughter. The team is called to an elderly passenger trapped after a car skids on an icy hill and overturns.

A herd of cows goes rogue and turns on its stockman, leaving him with life threatening injuries. The paramedics of the Air Ambulance fall victim to an elaborate hoax after a climber who claims to have fallen off a cliff face turns out to be unhurt.
