At 17, Nina drops out of high school and moves to Tokyo alone. Lost in the big city, she is drawn there by a song she found online. On the day she arrives, she meets the street musician who plays that song.

Nina starts cram school after promising her parents she'll try to get into college. Struggling to adjust and focus on her studies, she receives a text from Momoka. When Nina visits Momoka's house, she meets a girl her age.
