With Shu missing, Manami seizes a new case to prove herself — only to find the cargo is a naked, terrified woman under fire from armed pursuers.

Glass Maiden - Episode 5

At a tense dinner meeting, the mysterious Kito demands Shu hand over Sara/HW-9 to the shadowy organization funding her creation. When negotiations collapse, his men try to forcibly seize her, triggering a violent shootout that leaves Sara wounded.

Glass Maiden - Episode 6

In the shootout's aftermath, a wounded Sara recovers thanks to unnatural regeneration, but the toll is severe. Porilyn furiously reprimands the team for recklessness, while a SWAT team abruptly seals off Ragstown's only bridge out of town.

Feeling powerless after Sara was shot protecting her, Manami tries to get a gun from black-market dealer Yob. Shu opens up about his own tragic past as a disgraced detective, and the team discovers a secret entrance beneath the garbage plant.

Trapped inside Kito's secret facility, captured SWAT members witness human experiments on kidnapped runaway girls, weaponized into ring-controlled Glass Women. Reporter Sophie and her cameraman JJ document the horror but are hunted down.

Sophie, now infected like Sara, hands over hidden evidence before succumbing to the same fatal transformation. A furious, grieving Shu learns all proof has been erased — and that the enemy is closing in on Doc's clinic, where Sara hides.

Glass Maiden - Episode 10

Fleeing pursuers, the group takes shelter at Porilyn's bar as arms dealer Yob helps deliver Sophie's decoded evidence. Kito reveals Doc has seemingly defected to join his research team — and threatens to let Sara die without a proper cure.

Glass Maiden - Episode 11

Doc's betrayal is revealed as a ruse to infiltrate the enemy. A rescue mission storms the facility to save hostages and stop a planned nuclear detonation, while the unstable bioweapon BW-Alpha goes berserk when its control system fails.

Glass Maiden - Episode 12

Series finale: Sara's blood neutralizes the rampaging BW-Alpha, Doc defuses the bomb with seconds to spare, and Shu takes down Kito personally. The team reunites battered but alive, free to return to ordinary life — and new cases — at last.
