Two contestants will be driving a boat down a path while connected to a helicopter. Contestants will also kneel in a plexi glass tank and stand in a plexi box that is suspended over water in this special blind date-themed episode!

Contestants will jump into garbage, retrieving items to win in one disgusting stunt. Later, 2 contestants will hold onto ski lines connected to a helicopter.

Reality stars: Part 1! Five contestants will be seated in derby cars while their partners balance on top of 30-foot poles. The contestants will also maneuver a swamp boat using a gondolier's staff through a swamp obstacle course.

Reality stars, part 2! Contestants will both start on a SeaDoo as they speed towards a buoy, jump off at the buoy, grab a floating fire extinguisher, and swim to a platform behind a house boat that is on fire in one dangerous stunt. One contestant will be placed in a Plexiglas box filled with bugs.

Both contestants are trapped in cars that are each suspended by cranes opposing each other. The female contestant will be locked to a conveyer belt that will be lowered into a shaft filled with hundreds of webs crawling with thousands of tarantulas.

Military edition! Contestants are strapped to a line on the deck, with their bungees attached to a helicopter. Contestants will cut their way through two separate ropes. Contestants are connected to a helicopter and must repel down.

In this fire-themed episode, the contestants must face some of the hottest stunts yet, literally.

Contestants are harnessed and locked into a computer ratchet system. Couples will make their way through junkyard obstacles, retrieving hubcaps. The male contestants will be standing on top of a bus while their female partners are strapped under the bus.

It's age vs. youth in this special episode! Contestants will be sealed into a cage filled with roaches. The cage will be locked on the outside. Contestants will also drive behind a truck while their opponents are releasing barrels to distract them.

Contestants will be standing on a building ledge as a wind and rain storm inhibits their movement. Contestants must bob their heads into a container to retrieve cockroaches with their mouth. Couples will be on their stomachs on a flash flood set.

Special blind date episode! Couples will be presented with a picnic baskets filled with a Fear Factor style meal. One contestant will be underneath the train at the back of a car, while her partner will be on the side of the same car.

Stunts takes place in a rectangular pig pen filled with pigs. A couple is placed back-to back and attached to an upright rotisserie. One contestant will be dragged through a field of mud.
