Taxi cabs will be suspended from cranes. A player is placed inside a sealed coffin with thousands of roaches. The contestants will be hung by their ankles from a crane and suspended over a swimming pool.

Players must transfer cow hooves out of a tank of cod liver oil and into a tank of maggots. A contestant must drive their car at approx. 25mph towards another car in another terrifying stunt.

Contestants will start this game floating in the water. Contestants compress a cows eye with their mouth, squeezing the juice out of the eye into a glass. Contestant will stand on Euclid dump trucks as they travel down the road.

Helicopter picks up contestant by their ankles then dunks them. Contestants transfer a bunch of Fear Factor items off of a moving conveyer belt and onto a scale. Contestants will stand inside a giant ring above water.

A Contestant must dive into the water and swim down to a submerged city bus. Players are given fifty cow brains with a FF chip hidden inside, and must make the way across a maze of beams in another stunt.

The contestant is placed in a specially designed clear bag. A tank is filled with millipedes, roaches and worms. Contestant is standing on one of four 8-foot tall 16-foot long Plexiglas walls suspended high above the ground.

Players will have to clear tables to uncover a three-digit combination written on the glass top and drive a car under a semi truck.

There will be a boat that is towing three rafts. A Plexiglas bottom covered in pig parts. The child stands under a large metal shower-head and pulls a chain. Suspended above the water. The kid must climb through the tubes and traverse.

Contestants must leap back and forth between boats collecting as many flags as possible as well as spend time in a grape-stomping vat in this episode.

A contestant must slide down two cables while standing on a small platform and swim underneath a 20 foot by 40-foot grid on fire. One at a time, contestants pick nasty gifts from under a Christmas tree in this festive episode.

Contestants will be placed on a platform floating in the water, where they will grab a skid of the helicopter. Player is chained between two poles and covered with bees. Contestants will be seated in the front of a car suspended over the water.

A contestant will be contected to a dune buggy by his ankles. Another will have to bury their spouse's head in worms using only their mouth.

A contestant will be chained to a platform, waiting for a second contestant to free them with the key. Another player will dunk their head into a dirty tank and retrieve a cow's heart with their mouth.

Couples will use their mouths to root around in pies made from wax worms, pig stomach, fish sauce and duck tongue.

Player A is placed on a dunk tank. In the tank is a mixture of cow parts floating in water. One member of the team will be suspended by their ankles underneath a helicopter.

In one stunt from this episode, a female contestant will be placed in a cage that is hung from a helicopter and is approx. 20 feet in the air.

Contestant will be standing on a beam that is suspended high in the air. Player is placed in a coffin with 100 chicken feet and is then covered in rats. Couples stunt one of the team members is hog tied by four ropes and suspended.

A contestant must get on a pole under the nose of a helicopter. Players will bob in cheese and then eat grasshoppers. Contestants are hung upside down into a Plexiglas tank filled with Eels. Contestants must drive up with only two wheels.

A contestant will be put in a clear tube just above water. Snakes and lizards will then be dumped in the box.

Contestant will be standing in either end of two large cylinders, suspended in the air over water. Player must grab a mouth full of insects, then place into a meat grinder using their mouth. Inside the tanker truck, it would be filled with water.

Contestants are placed in a box with two plexi-glass walls that will be lifted off the ground. Contestants will be served live snails. Contestants are seated in a car that is in the back of a semi truck.

Contestants will be dangled from a rope off a roof. Contestants will also have to clear a bug splattered car windshield using only their mouth and face.

Contestant will stand on top of a truck as it speeds trying to grab as many flags. Contestants will shoot potatoes at a target using a shoulder mounted air cannon.

Three co-ed couples will be placed on a tight rope and suspended over water in a heart-pounding stunt. In another, players will be stacked in boxes.

The contestants will be standing on a beam over the water. Contestants will have to get mouthfuls of blended worms and transfer them into a container with house flies. Contestants must jump their car over al flat bed train cars.

Contestants will be standing in a cylinder that is suspended just above the water. Contestant is handcuffed and placed in a clear body bag filled with various types of bugs.

The parent and the child will have to cross a beam above the water releasing flags along the way. Cockroaches are being poured into the box while the child sits in a box without a top. In this family stunt the child will start by standing on the dock.
